It’s Spring! Time to Take that Pix!

When you need a picture of the exterior of your retail store or business for your website, spring is the best time to take those pictures.

Especially after a rainy day, when it’s clearing up, and there are white, fluffy clouds.

And a blue, blue sky.

Make sure the foliage is in bloom, too. You don’t want pictures too early in the year, when the trees are still skeletons.

It’s always best to hire a professional photographer, but these days you can get an excellent photograph with your phone. Just pay attention to detail (lose the trash, move parked cars), frame it well, take pictures from different angles, and make sure it’s a bright, sunny day.

Besides your website, your new pictures can and should be uploaded to your other online properties: Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, etc.

Easy Web Tip 379: Now is the time to take a fresh picture of the exterior of your business.
