Build Your Voice with Authoritative YouTube Videos

Original research and being unique is the best way to rank in AI search results.

To the extent you can differentiate yourself in your online content, you will stand out.

Can you position yourself as an authority in your area of expertise?

As an example, let’s imagine you’re a local furniture dealership. You could begin by creating some videos on cleaning stains on upholstery, cleaning hard surfaces, or the latest decorating trends.

Use your most amiable sales staffer as the hero for your video. When the video is done, post it on your YouTube Channel (you do have one don’t you?) and also post on your website.

You and your staff can all post the video on LinkedIn and personal social media pages.

Post far and wide.

Be sure to post a concise summary of the video in the YouTube description. For your website, insert the complete text of the video beneath the video. Many folks prefer to read. Really.

And all that text will be visible to the various AI platforms and legacy search engines, along with the spoken text, making your website and your business more findable.

When finished, do another one.

Easy Web Tip 381: An easy way to find your unique voice is to build YouTube videos.

P.S. If you’re the owner of the establishment, it’s best if you’re the star. If staff changes, you don’t have to take down the video and redo it.
