If you are a store or business that needs to provide directions to your customers, you can now do better than just having a map on your directions page.
The Google Map Gadget is a fun tool that you can place on your website.
All the visitor has to do is type in his address and instantaneously a map will drop down showing his route along with directions!
It doesn’t matter if the address is across the country … a personalized map will drop down giving precise directions across Interstate Highways right to your door.
Google offers this gadget for free. There are other similar tools available as well, but I haven’t tried them all out.
Remember, every little thing you can do to make life easier for your customer helps them to feel good about you and your store.
